Our client is number one in his sector.The Group employs more than 21,000 persons in more than 50 countries worldwide and is looking for a dynamic credit controller for his offices in Anderlecht.
The Credit Controller, under the direction of the CFO - Benelux, is responsible for supervision and control of the credit control functions, this includes:
Manage and monitor credit risk of customers
Ensure the timely cash collection and guarantee that all collection activities are under control
Track and escalate to management all overdue and any deviating behavior
Review of customer portfolio and release orders
Be the key contact for customers for collection with the ultimate goal to optimize daily cash flow
Issuing of dealer contracts, follow up of terms & conditions and contact with council regarding litigious customers
Maintenance of master data file including review of credit limits
Liaise with the sales department and ensure financial requirements of customers are met
Profile
You have at least a bachelor level or equivalent by experience
You speak fluently English and master French and Dutch
You communicate easily and are used to make presentations
You have a previous experience in people management or it is something you would like to experience
