Position Title: Vice President-Equity Financing Products (EFP) Financial Resources Controller

Job Level: Vice President

Position Description:
Responsibilities will include:

• Working with manager to determine and execute on Financial Resources agenda for Global Equity Financing Product Controllers

• Managing Liquidity Risk reporting and analyses for Equity Financing Products

• Partnering with Equity Financing Products senior management team on managing business's Financial Resources

• Coordinating Equity Financing Products Controllers involvement in Firm-wide B/S and Funding Project:

? Liaise with Business Units on implementation of enhanced B/S and Funding reporting and analytics
? Advise on business adoption strategy: new processes/tools to be implemented/rolled out
? Contribute to requirements for creation of new strategic reporting for B/S and Funding
? Track implementation issues as well as remediation plans across Controllers and the BU
? Work with Controllers to validate funding booking models, create test plans and provide IT requirements
? Summarize progress and provide feedback/updates to Controllers and Business Units



Skills Required:
Requirements:
Experienced product controller with advanced reporting, analysis and project management skills. The candidate should be a quick learner and possess the ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines. Furthermore, the candidate should have the capacity to proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve problems. The ideal candidate will be capable of multi-tasking, assimilating complex processes and managing projects across many areas.
• Candidate should be well organized and detailed oriented
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Equity Product Control experience
• Experience with B/S and Funding reporting and analysis
• Extensive business analysis background
• Experience summarizing feedback/results and producing management reporting
• Provide support for projects
• Ability to work effectively across many areas including BU
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of company management
• 8+ years of experience
• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Business strongly recommended
