SUMMARY

Responsible for communicating balance sheet strategies to all clients and prospects, as well as to the sales staff. Conduct conference calls and develop solutions to manage balance sheet, liquidity, interest rate risk and capital position to provide for stable, consistent and increased earnings, to meet strategic goals. Assist the Representatives through analytics, strategy meetings and conference calls to strengthen their client relationships and therefore generate more revenue to the firm. Develop each client relationship into a full-service client that utilizes all of the related affiliated companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production of Investment Strategic Plans

• Provide Swaps/Inv Plan/Leverage Ideas, etc.

• Strategy Meetings and Conference Calls

• Strategy Meetings and Conference Calls on ALM Analysis

• Assist Account Executives with conference calls to developed and strengthen client relationships including but not limited to:

a) "Trends" calls

b) Liquidity management calls

c) Capital management/leverage/PCA growth calls

• Assist in closing new customers.

• Make follow-up calls or “relationship building” calls to accounts and prospects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years experience working in one or more of the following areas- MBS, CMO, CDO, ABS

EDUCATION

• Four year degree required

SALARY

• 80 to 100k base + monthly bonus.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficient in MS Office products, expert in Excel. Proficient in PowerPoint & Word. Familiarity with Bloomberg & CMS Bondedge helpful.
