Consultant/Account Manager - Risk Model, Client Services.

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing clear and concise systems training to clients

- Providing accurate and efficient resolutions to queries

- Assisting the sales/ pre sales team by providing high quality sample reports and providing support to the client through the trial phase

- Proactive relationship management ensuring on going communication and feedback.

- Providing a high level of client satisfaction

A solid grasp of financial engineering concepts including financial risk management (portfolio theory, measures of risk, VaR), options pricing theory, statistical techniques and securities valuation methodologies would be extremely beneficial combined with exposure to with Excel VBA and/or a scripting language and familiarity with SQL & XML
