Assistant Underwriter

Working with a dynamic, experienced and entreprenuerial team in Zurich, your role will be the 360 degree support of the Senior Property Underwriters covering European and Worldwide Property Treaty.

The company is a global reinsurer who opened it's Swiss operation only 12 months ago and has since seen fantastic growth and profits in this time. They are now recruiting for an Assistant Underwriter to aid with this growth.

The successful candidate should posses good communication and analytical skills, have a pragmatic approach, be enthusiastic, reliable, self motivated and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. You will be fluent in English and at least conversational German. 2-3 years reinsurance experience in either Underwriting or Technical Accounting is essential.
