Whole Loans Risk Manager

This role is in the newly created investment management team put together to oversee a European portfolio of assets. The team requires an experienced professional to work on its residential loan portfolios closely with its servicing specialists and portfolio managers.

As the Whole Loans Risk Manager, you will be responsible for our residential loans position including a portfolio of UK non-conforming loans. You will work with the servicing team to develop value-adding servicing, refinancing, modification or disposal strategies with a long term view. The role will require you to be hands-on and analytically focussed as you will be responsible for valuation and risk assessment within large data sets of complex portfolios.  Working with the servicing team to analyse potential strategies, your role will include marking a book, liaising with external counterparties, implementing strategies and providing in-depth analysis. To be considered for this role, it is essential that you hold current experience within European Whole Loans and ABS markets as well as technical skills to conduct analysis and modelling. The role offers the possibility for evolution towards ABS portfolio manager in the future.
