Your Responsibilities
Deliver risk management processes and techniques on the property business portfolio by undertaking / overseeing specific property credit policy, process and portfolio initiatives that support the property strategy.
Maximise the risk reward trade off in the existing property portfolio by identifying and implementing new property credit opportunities including target markets, profitability / revenue enhancement, asset quality and capital utilisation.
Development of the Property Risk strategy and framework aligned with the risk set by the Board and policies and procedures set by credit.
Property business portfolio forecasting and stress testing.
Implementation of appropriate property transaction managed risk strategies.
Your Experience
5 years experience in managing a property portfolio and the associated risks.
Extensive knowledge of property business and economic issues, understanding of property cycles.
Strong relationships with external property industry networks and industry expertise.
Proven risk recognition skills and ability to recognise early warning signals in the Property segment.
Strong Property Portfolio Management Skills.
Relevant and ideally completed academic qualifications.
Strong communication and negotiating skills at senior management levels.
