The role involves the execution of cash/moneymarkets, fixed income and FX transactions for both active and passively managed funds. Derivatives dealing is also within the scope of the job. This role requires great attention to detail and a high degree of efficiency in managing order flow to maintain the high standards of service expected from a professional multi asset dealing desk.

You must have 4 years + institutional dealing experience.

Principal Accountabilities

 • Undertaking market-related research including up-to-date knowledge of all relevant technical, regulatory and compliance issues. Conducting morning meetings to provide market information to fund managers.

• Monitoring executions to ensure “best execution” at all times, and timely settlement of all trades.

• Developing close working relationship with all fund mangers and understanding their specific requirements/objectives.

• Encourage the use of alternative execution means to help achieve best execution/ efficiency.

• Assist with on going IT developments incorporating spreadsheet and macros.

• Developing and maintaining good working relationship with counterparties, consistent with the highest standard of professionalism and service.
