They are currently looking to expand upon their credit functionality and as such, we are now looking for impressive individuals with existing and senior credit risk experience or front office expertise with institutional clients.
Key attributes for candidates at this level are:
Decision making on complex loan products for institutional clients
Strong decision making skills with impressive understanding of the mechanics of a deal
The ability to operate within and deal with senior level credit executives
Credit workshopping and structuring
Risk grading and modelling methodology
Sharp, intelligent & analytical
The ability to work with and influence key stakeholders
A proven track record in credit risk or as a transactor within the field
Excellent leadership skills
