A busy and challenging role is on offer with a leading player within the Insurance sector for a Dispute Resolution Officer. This is a pivotal role within the General Insurance team and will provide you with an excellent opportunity to work across all levels of the claims teams. Specifically you will be responsible for supporting the home and content claims teams with the following:-
Providing Advice and Direction
Claims Management
Reporting on Claims Dispute Process
Training and Mentoring
